Connection of Services
The unknown on every job is how far the services (power, water, gas etc.) have to run from their source to your cabin. Some services may run above ground, some will be buried, some may be 5m from the source, others may be 50m. Therefore, the cost of each connection of services, although included in our pricing, has to be confirmed prior to the quote being finalised, by the respective professional trade.

- I understand these Styles of Cabins are “Exempt” from Council Approval, is This True?
No, if you’re wanting to use your cabin as a home office, extra bedroom, backyard pool house etc. it will need to be certified. It won’t be exempt.
- Can You Assist with Council Approvals?
Yes, our team of small home builders (and other team members) can manage all your council approvals. This is included in our pricing.
- Can I Live in My Cabin?
If you choose our Class 1 option they are all habitable. Class 10 options are domestic sheds and should only be used for that purpose.
- Who Will Build My Cabin?
