All of our cabins are made from Nordic timber. Nordic timber maintains an even temperature and high indoor air quality, so our cabins suit even the most allergenic customers.

No, if you’re wanting to use your cabin as a home office, extra bedroom, backyard pool house etc. it will need to be certified. It won’t be exempt.
- Can You Assist with Council Approvals?
Yes, our team of small home builders (and other team members) can manage all your council approvals. This is included in our pricing.
- Can I Live in My Cabin?
If you choose our Class 1 option they are all habitable. Class 10 options are domestic sheds and should only be used for that purpose.
- Who Will Build My Cabin?

Yes, custom cabin designs are often achievable. Please note that bespoke layouts require additional design time and can extend the build timeframe. As each custom design is tailored specifically to your needs, it will also come at a higher cost than our standard cabin models.
- What are your typical payment terms?
Our typical stage payments for all larger jobs are;
- 5% – Deposit
- 20% – Materials deposit upon Building Approval
- 10% – Footings completion
- 25% – Roof completion
- 20% – Lock-up
- 15% – Fit-out
